The ingredients in these protein balls are include:
- Vanilla protein powder (I used Clean Simple Eats)
- Oats, ground into flour
- graham cracker crumbs
- almond butter
- Pumpkin puree
- honey
- and vanilla extract
Pumpkin Pie Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (CSE) Or Pumpkin Pie Protein powder
- 2/3 cup oats ground into flour
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Put oats in a blender, and pulse until it becomes flour.
- Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper.
- Put in fridge while you melt the white chocolate.
- Drizzle white chocolate on protein balls.
- Return to fridge until chocolate hardens or you are ready to eat.
