Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (CSE) Or Pumpkin Pie Protein powder
  • 2/3 cup oats ground into flour
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Put oats in a blender, and pulse until it becomes flour.
  • Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper.
  • Put in fridge while you melt the white chocolate.
  • Drizzle white chocolate on protein balls.
  • Return to fridge until chocolate hardens or you are ready to eat.
