Instructions
In a blender, blend 6 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, and 1 small banana.
Pour banana and almond milk over 1/3 cup oats in a container. Cover with lid.
Chill in the fridge overnight or longer than 12 hours.
Remove from fridge, and top with 1/4 ounce walnuts.
