Birthday Cake Baked Oatmeal with Protein Powder

Ingredients

Almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)

plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2
teaspoon
cake batter flavoring
1/4
cup
liquid egg whites

tablespoon
Monk sugar
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
1/8
teaspoon
salt

protein cookie butter, birthday cake

whipped cream
Instructions
Whisk together wet ingredients. Almond milk, Greek yogurt, liquid egg whites, and cake batter extract, Add the monk sugar to the wet ingredients.
Whisk together the dry ingredients. Oats, baking powder, salt and protein powder.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and let soak for 5-10 minutes while the oats absorb the liquid.
Using a mini muffin pan, scoop 1 tablespoon of oatmeal batter into each mini muffin pot. Add sprinkles to the top of each oatmeal muffin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until batter is no longer wet.
Remove from oven and cool. Optional: Top with whipped cream.
