Kodiak Pancake Mix

*only enough water to make batter runny

teaspoon
cake batter flavoring

tablespoon
sprinkles
Instructions
Whisk Kodiak mix with water, until runny. Add cake batter flavoring and stir.
Pour pancake batter into a squeeze bottle. Heat a skillet on medium heat. spray with cooking spray.
Once skillet is hot, Using the squeeze bottle, squeeze small drops of batter around the skillet.
Sprinkle tops of batter with sprinkles. (yes, after they are in the skillet, and the tops are still doughy)
When the edges start to look brown, and the batter bubbles, use a spatula to 'stir" and get the mini pancakes to flip over.
Once cooked on both sides, slide into a bowl. Top with yogurt, milk, or even whipped cream!
