Ingredients

liquid egg whites

tablespoon
cheese powder

fat free cheddar cheese

spinach leaves

Instructions
Whisk together whole egg and liquid egg whites. Add cheese powder and whisk until lumps no longer appear.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray.
Pour eggs onto hot skillet, and using a spatula, move the runny eggs around, scraping the bottom of the pan to get all the eggs hot and cooked.
When it's just about cooked, add spinach and sprinkle with cheese. Put lid on it for 1-3 minutes, while the cheese melts and the spinach wilts.
When done, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash sodium free seasoning.
