Instructions
Brown ground beef in a medium heat without oil. Cook until brown. Drain any oil.
Add olive oil, onion, tomato, and soy sauce. Cook for a minute or 2. Stir.
Add cabbage and green beans. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes on medium heat.
Add garlic salt and ground black pepper. Stir and cook for until fragrent.
