Ingredients

chicken tenders

cup
pickle juice

tablespoon
monk sugar
1/4
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
garlic powder

paprika

Low Calorie Chick-fil-A Sauce

tablespoons
light mayo

teaspoon
yellow mustard

teaspoon
sugar free BBQ Sauce

Instructions
Cut the chicken tenders into very small, bite sized pieces.
Place in a shallow dish with the pickle juice, monk sugar and spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Fire up a grill, or counter top grill such as the George Foreman!
Spray the grill with cooking spray if necessary, and add the chicken to the heated up grill.
Close the lid to lock in juices and cook on both sides.
Once cooked, remove from heat.
Low calorie Chick-fil-a sauce
Combine low fat mayo with mustard and sugar free bbq sauce. Stir till smooth
