beets, cooked and cubed

tablespoon
sesame seed paste

teaspoon
minced garlic

tablespoons
lemon juice

tablespoon
ground cumin

dash
salt

pepper
Instructions
Peel and chop beets. Place in a small pot of water, and boil for about 15 minutes, or until beets are soft.
Drain water and add cooked beets to a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth.
Use beet spread for toast or a dip.
