chicken thighs

soy sauce

Instructions
Chop the chicken thighs and cook in a skillet, sprayed with non stick spray.
Chop the veggies and add to the skillet and cook until veggies are soft.
Boil the zero/low calorie noodles according to package directions.
Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and veggies. Add the soy sauce for flavoring.
