Blend in a blender at high speed until smooth the protein powder, milk, sugar free pudding mix, and ice.
In a separate bowl, mix one tablespoon peanut butter powder and 1 tablespoon of water and mix together.
Drizzle peanut butter over the shake, and top with whipped cream and mini cookie.
Notes
If you use vanilla protein powder, add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter powder to the blender, as well as keep the peanut butter powder for drizzling on top.
