Ingredients

scoops
Vanilla Protein Powder (CSE)
Or Pumpkin Pie Protein powder

cup
oats
ground into flour
1/3
cup
graham cracker crumbs
1/4
cup
almond butter
1/4
cup
canned pumpkin
1/4
cup
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Topping
1
tablespoon
white chocolate chips
optional
Instructions
Put oats in a blender, and pulse until it becomes flour.
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper.
Put in fridge while you melt the white chocolate.
Drizzle white chocolate on protein balls.
Return to fridge until chocolate hardens or you are ready to eat.
