Ingredients
1/2
large
spaghetti squash
2
ounces
cooked ham

grams
peas, thawed
1
ounce
parmesan cheese
1
spray
butter flavored cooking spray
1
dash
salt

mushrooms
Instructions
Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Place on a cookie sheet, covered in foil.
Bake at 375 for 60-90 minutes
Remove from oven and shred the stringy flesh with a fork.
Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle salt. Top with ham, peas, parmesan cheese.
Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
While cheese is melting, saute mushrooms. Top baked spaghetti squash with sauted mushrooms.
