3-Ingredient Protein Dole Whip

A creamy, tropical copycat Dole Whip made in the Ninja Creami with just 3 ingredients: vanilla Fairlife, canned pineapple, and sugar-free pudding mix. Low fat, gluten free, and packed with 15g of protein per serving.

Ingredients

11.5 ounce Fair Life Vanilla Drink
1 15 oz can chopped pineapple with it’s juices
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar free pudding mix

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Divide among 2 Ninja Creami pint containers and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint container from freezer and let sit on the counter for 30 minutes. Blend in a Ninja Creami using the “full” and “lite” setting. Remove from machine and give it a stir. If crumbly, return to the creami machine for the 2 minute, re-mix once.
