Instructions
Brownie Crust Layer
Follow directions on the IG link for the low calorie protein brownie.
Strawberry Layer
Mix together the strawberry protein powder, frozen berries, and almond milk
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth and pour over the frozen brownie in the spring form pan.
Freeze for 1-2 hours (until hardened)
Vanilla Layer
Mix together the vanilla protein powder, banana, and almond milk
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth and pour over the strawberry layer in the spring form pan.
Freeze and then serve!
