Chop apple into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia. Cook in microwave with a teaspoon of water for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute.
Lay out your won ton wrappers. Put small scoop of apple (about a tablespoon), in the center of the wrapper. Wet the sides with water, and fold over to seal.
Brush the top with egg using a pastry brush. Sprinkle with cinnamon or Feast Mode Cinnamon Honey Butter.
Bake in air fryer at 325 for 4 minutes, flipping after 2 minutes!
