Instructions
Lay out turkey on a hard surface and pat dry.
Spread 1/2 of a cheese wedge (about 1 T.) across the turkey and lay 1 pickle spear in the center of the turkey.
Roll up turkey and pickle spear. Slice into bite size pieces and serve.
