Mix protein powder with almond butter, zero calorie powdered sugar, and coconut extract. Add 1 tablespoon of water to mix properly. If it's too dry, add one teaspoon at a time until you can form a dough. Not too much water or it will be too sticky!!Form into 5 equal balls or balls.
Melt the chocolate. Add 2 almonds to the top of each bar or ball. Add one tablespoon of melted chocolate to each bar. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze until chocolate becomes solid or until you are ready to eat!
