Instructions
Chop onions, carrots, celery and zucchini. Sautee in a pot with vegetable oilfor 4 to 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and seasonings and stir for another minute.
Add the cabbage and kale and cook until it starts to wilt.
Add broth and tomatoes and let it cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
