vanilla sugar free pudding mix

Toppings (these are included in the calories and macros!)

Instructions
Blend protein powder, milk, yogurt, pudding mix, and ice in a high powered blender.
Pour into glass.
Top with caramel dip, whipped cream and toffee bits.
Notes
If you use vanilla protein powder, add the caramel to the blender, instead of on top!
