Whisk peanut butter powder with 3 tablespoons of water.
Fold peanut butter powder mixture into 1 cup cool whip light.
Scoop, or pipe into muffin cups and freeze for 2-3 hours. Longer will make them too solid, but they will soften if you leave them out for about 10 minutes.
Optional: Drizzle sugar free chocolate syrup on top.
