Under 200 calories and full of flavor, this recipe needs to be dinner tonight! This dinner is a juicy chicken breast, stuffed with broccoli and cream cheese, then pan fried to perfection!
Tenderize chicken breasts until 1/4 in thick and split into 4 equal parts.
Mix broccoli and cream cheese in a bowl.
Place 1/4 of broccoli and cream cheese mixture into center of each of the 4 chicken pieces.
Roll chicken breasts and secure with a toothpick.
In a non-stick skillet, coat the very bottom LIGHTLY with olive oil. Cook chicken breasts on each side, until the center of the chicken is cooked thoroughly and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from the skillet and serve. Make sure to season!
