Ingredients
Crust
1/4
cup
self rising flour
3
tablespoons
nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
Topping

cup
liquid egg whites
1
ounce
fat free mozzarella cheese

any
seasoning
Ranch, salt, pepper, Italian, etc.
Instructions
Make the crust by combining the self rising flour with Greek yogurt. Using hands, knead it to be smooth.
Spray an 8 inch cake pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Press the dough into the bottom of the pan.
Pour 1 cup of egg whites over the crust, and top with mozzarella cheese and seasoning of choice.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked all the way through.
