1 Skillet
Ingredients
1
lb
chicken breasts
2
carrots, sliced
1
medium size zucchini
2
tbsp
soy sauce
1
ounce
shredded cheese
1
tbsp
chopped green onions
Instructions
Cube chicken breast
Heat skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Once hot, add the cubed chicken
Chop carrots and zucchini while chicken is cooking
Remove chicken from skillet once it is cooked through
Spray skillet again and add carrots and zucchini
Cook veggies for 4-5 minutes or until soft
Return the chicken to the pan, add soy sauce, and mix all the ingredients together
Top with cheese and green onions and then serve!
