18"low carb tortilla
30gavocado
Instructions
Whisk egg with egg whites and pour into an 8-10 inch non-stick pan. Tip the eggs around till edges start to cook.
Add the cheese and let melt into the eggs for just 1 minute. Add the tortilla to the top, just before the eggs are completely cooked. Flip eggs so the tortilla is now on the bottom of the pan. Let the tortilla get a little bit crispy. Spread avocado on top, and fold over like a taco.
