Instructions

With your sourdough, take 2 slices and chop it into 16 pieces per slice.
Arrange the pieces on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Spray sourdough pieces with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees, for about 15 minutes, or until they start to look crispy.
Store in an container till ready to use.
Add to soups or salads!
