cauliflower crumbles fried rice

chicken thighs

chopped mushrooms

soy sauce
Instructions
Chop an cook 1 4 ounce chicken thigh in a non stick skillet.
Add cauliflower crumbles and chopped mushrooms.
Stir over medium high heat until veggies are soft.
Add soy sauce and stir throughout.
Divide into 4 and serve.
