Ingredients
1/3cupegg whites
1/3 cupsugar
1/4 teaspooncream of tarter
1/8teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Using a piping bag or spoon, pipe circles onto a cookie sheet (I got 8 equal sized circles).
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off, but leave pan in the oven for 1 hour longer till meringue dries.
