I'm making an omelette in a bread loaf pan today! This delicious low carb breakfast casserole is low fat, gluten free, sugar free, and a great way to start your day.

Ingredients

liquid egg whites

tomato
chopped

baby spinach leaves

fat free cheddar cheese
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together except the cheese.
Spray a bread pan (9.5 inch) with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour eggs into the pan. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
Cut into 1 inch slices.
