Ingredients

lean ground turkey
pre-cooked

sauteed mushrooms

light sour cream

light laughing cow cheese

Palm Heart Pasta
(a low calorie, low carb pasta)
Instructions
Pre-cook your ground turkey and use for different meals. Save 3 ounces for this meal.
Cook sliced mushrooms with cooking spray, in a skillet for 4-5 minutes.
Rinse palm heart pasta well with hot water.
Add pasta, sour cream, laughing cow cheese into the pan with your mushrooms. Add ground turkey and mix altogether.
