Instructions
Oatmeal base
Cook oatmeal by combining water, oats, cinnamon and salt. After oatmeal is mostly cooked (90 seconds for me), THEN stir in one tablespoon of protein powder.
Crisp Topping
Melt butter a bowl and mix in swerve, oats, and cinnamon.
Spread in the bottom of a air fryer silicone liner. Bake in air fryer at 375 for 6-7 minutes, or until it starts to brown and bubble.
Remove from air fryer and allow to crisp up at room temperature.
Final Oatmeal
Top oatmeal with 1tbsp of crisp and other toppings
