The Crispy and Delicious Ingredients

  1. Oats – Did you know that oats are actually packed with fiber? And they help you to stay full for a long time which makes it easier to not overeat!
  2. Water – I find that water works just as well as milk when making oatmeal but it has no calories and it is free!
  3. Peach Protein Powder – I get mine from clean simple eats! You can buy this with my discount code HEALTHBEET if you want some!
  4. Cinnamon – This is optional but I actually love baking with cinnamon!
  5. Country Crock Spread – I use this as a lower calorie substitute for butter! I also love that it is much softer than butter making it easier to cook with!
  6. Brown Sugar Swerve – This is a version of sugar free brown sugar. I get mine from swervesweetie
  7. Peach – I love peaches and they are in season in Utah which means it is time to add peaches to all of my recipes! If you love peaches too, you should try these 10 low calorie peach desserts!
  8. Whipped Cream – Whipped cream is one of my favorite final touches for my oatmeal! I use a sugar free version to be calorie conscious!
