MOST IMPORTANT RECIPE NOTE:
The protein powder MATTERS for 2 reasons:
1) The consistency. UMP is more absorbent to liquids than other protein powders I’ve tried. For this reason, 5 tablespoons egg whites is the perfect amount. Your protein powder might need LESS. As few as 2 tablespoons. Only use enough to make the consistency end up like frosting.2) THE TASTE!! You HAVE to l ike the taste of your protein powder, independent of this recipe. I LOVE the taste of UMP. Most days, I will mix it just with the egg whites and LICK it off my spoon. it’s THAT GOOD.
