pumpkin spice protein powder

teaspoon
vanilla extract

pinch
pumpkin pie spice

espresso

tablespoon
whipped cream
Instructions
Add milk to microwave-safe mug. Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds.
Add the protein powder to the hot milk. Using a milk frother, mix until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie spice. Add optional espresso to the mug. Froth until well combined.
Top with whipped cream.
Notes
*to make an iced latte, skip the microwave instructions and pour the drink over ice.
