This recipe for a “Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte” however, is a little bit different. Drink it hot by warming it up in the microwave, or drink it cold by pouring it over ice! Which one do you prefer?
And don’t forget the whipped cream!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte (hot or cold!)
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder Clean Simple Eats
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
Optional
- 1 oz espresso
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
Instructions
- Add milk to microwave-safe mug. Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds.
- Add the protein powder to the hot milk. Using a milk frother, mix until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie spice. Add optional espresso to the mug. Froth until well combined.
- Top with whipped cream.
