Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 scoop pumpkin spice protein powder Clean Simple Eats
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice

Optional

  • 1 oz espresso
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream

Instructions

  • Add milk to microwave-safe mug. Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds.
  • Add the protein powder to the hot milk. Using a milk frother, mix until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie spice. Add optional espresso to the mug. Froth until well combined.
  • Top with whipped cream.

Notes

*to make an iced latte, skip the microwave instructions and pour the drink over ice.
