Quick and Easy BBQ Chicken Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients

maya tortilla (80 calorie ones)

ounces
chicken tenderloins
cooked
1
slice
red onion
chopped
1
small
mushroom
chopped

tablespoons
sugar free BBQ Sauce
1
teaspoon
chopped parsley
2
slices
Sargento brand thin sliced provolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a cookie sheet, lay out your tortilla. Top with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
Top the BBQ sauce with 3/4 ounce or 2 thin slices of provolone cheese, mushroom, red onion, and parsley.
Bake for 3-4 minutes (*depending on how close your rack is to the heating element.). When I placed my rack to the top, this only took 2 minutes.
Once tortilla starts to get crispy and cheese melts, remove from oven and eat!
