Ingredients

cups
frozen cauliflower rice

tablespoon
powdered cheese
1
ounce
fat free cream cheese
1
tablespoon
Almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
Instructions
Cook cauliflower rice in the microwave, according to package directions. (Mine was 5-6 minutes)
While cooking, whisk together cheese powder, fat free cream cheese and almond milk. Keep whisking until no longer lumpy.
Fold cheese into cooked cauliflower rice, and enjoy!
