These sweet potato pancakes are made with protein powder for that boost of protein, almost 7 grams per pancake!

Ingredients

sweet potato, cooked

scoop
vanilla protein powder

teaspoon
baking powder

cinnamon
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend thoroughly until smooth.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a skillet and grill till cooked through as much as possible.
Top with greek yogurt, nuts, syrup, chocolate, berries, whatever!
