Ingredients
Crust
8ouncesGround chicken
1largeegg
1dashsalt and pepper to taste
Toppings (Optional ideas, but it's what I used)
1/4 cupmozzarella cheese
1/4cupfat free mozzarella cheese
1/4cupparmesan cheese
1/4cupspaghetti sauce
1/4ouncemini pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine ground chicken with egg and add salt.
Spread the chicken and flatten to a crust like thickness in a well greased skillet, or a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven and top with pizza/spaghetti sauce, cheese, and pepperoni’s (or any topping you choose).
Cook for 5 more minutes for the cheese to melt.
Remove from the oven. Cut into 4 equal pieces (If you’re tracking the calories and macros), and ENJOY!!
Notes
I’ve seen people use parchment paper on a cookie sheet, which you can do. I also tried it a few times with a cast iron skillet. Both ways my chicken stuck to the parchment paper and the pan. It was MOSTLY OK when the cast iron skillet was well greased. BUT, the BEST way was on a cookie sheet with a silicone mat!!! No sticking to the bottom at all!!
