Hi Friends!
I’m back for this Friday edition of my email, dedicated to exercise and movement! I’ve committed to performing two strength training days per week at home, and I’ve loved this dumbbell only leg workout! I was truly sore after doing this one. (photos are from when I did it at a hotel on a trip last summer).
- Narrow stance squat
- Deadlift
- Hip thrust
- lunges
- single leg curtsy
Another thing I’m trying to incorporate is some mobility exercises before (banded walks), and stretching after. Who here feels like the older you get, the longer your workouts take with all the body work you have to add on, to just not get injured!
