Quick update to share my 1500 calorie plan for the week! As you can see, I’ve got raspberries on my mind! haha
Breakfast 406 calories
Raspberry Protein Crepes
Raspberry Protein Crepes– delicious egg white batter with high protein greek yogurt for the filling
Lunch 413 calories
Salad (This linked salad but adding walnuts)
- Chicken
- Raspberries
- walnuts
- feta cheese
- Spinach
Snack 400 calories (2 servings)
Mango Ice Cream (No Ninja Required!)
Protein Mango Ice Cream– No ninja required. This one only has 1 cup of frozen mango + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder! Put both in a food processor (no liquid necessary) and blend!
