Throughout my weight loss over the last 6 years, I’ve eaten a green salad for lunch almost every single day! I never get bored with them, because there are so many ways to make a green salad! Most of my green salads I create from restaurant menus! Like this raspberry chicken salad. This one is similar to one I like at Kneaders- except they add pecans and other berries. Still soooo good!!
