Creamy + Low Calorie Egg Salad Wrap
Egg Salad is delicious but it can be so high calorie with all the added fat! That is why I made a low calorie egg salad recipe just for this wrap!

Tips on making it
- Egg – One large egg has 7g of protein! That is why I love eating eggs! They are also fairly low calorie making them easy to add into any recipe!
- Egg Whites – I personally prefer higher protein and less fat content which is why I am ok with losing the yolk for most of the eggs in my egg salad! This egg salad recipe has more details on how I perfect my eggs!
- Tortilla – I have said it once and I will say it again! I am a loyal fan to the La Banderita carb counter tortillas! They have the best macros for the size!
- Light Mayo – This is what makes the egg salad creamy without going overboard on the calories!
- Mustard – You can change the proportions of mustard to mayo to make it fit your liking for egg salad!
- Lettuce – Although it may not add a TON in nutrients, I always love to add some greens to my wraps! Especially because I grow it in my indoor garden!


Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla la banderita
- 1 egg hard boiled
- 4 egg whites hard boiled
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- paprika to taste
- salt to taste
- lettuce to liking
Instructions
- Chop hard boiled eggs and combine in a bowl with the mayo, mustard and paprika.
- Line a flour tortilla with lettuce.
- Add the egg mixture.
- Wrap and eat!
