High Protein Chocolate Fruit Dip

| | |

Quick and delicious, this chocolate fruit dip is a great source of protein, yet low in calories!

Why you should make high protein fruit dip

I LOVE FRUIT! Strawberries, pineapple, apples, mangoes, peaches! Ooooo my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Especially fruit that is in season. Wow.

While fruit is amazing on its own, it is also really fun to eat with sweet dips. I feel like dips are especially great for bringing to gatherings or as an afternoon snack for your kids. You could even make this high protein chocolate fruit dip just to eat yourself. As someone who loves sweets, I try to have a high protein, low calorie treat in the afternoon or after dinner each day. You just have to remember that portion control is key!

A lot of fruit dips are high in calories, fat, and sugar because of ingredients such as marshmallow dip and cream cheese. Rather than using those, this dip cuts out a lot of calories by using yogurt as a substitute for the base. Additionally, low calorie flavorings such as honey and cocoa powder make this a healthy fruit dip!
