Day 22 of my weight loss journal, for Bikini prep 2023
This will be a quick update, because we’re headed out of town again, but my food is packed and I’m ready to go.
Day 22 : 1293 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔, 126 𝒈 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏, 96 𝒈 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒃𝒔, 45 𝒈 𝒇𝒂𝒕
- 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐅𝐀𝐒𝐓: 2/3 cup egg whites, 1 slice low calorie cheese, (the crappy american cheese, just cause i found it in the bottom of my fridge and it literally never goes bad), mushrooms, 17 g avocado. With 1/3 cup oatmeal, walden farms caramel dip, whipped cream and a strawberry!
- 𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐇: Strawberry chicken salad with Bolthouse pomegranate poppyseed yogurt, feta, 5 ounces chicken breast and pecans!
- 𝐒𝐍𝐀𝐂𝐊: Protein shake! 1 scoop Clean Simple Eats Brownie batter protein powder made with 2% milk, Whipped cream, and 1 tablespoon Hershey’s simply 5 syrup.
- 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑: 5 ounces chicken and carrots and cucumber with the Costco’s Rojo’s Street corn dip on top! (that street corn dip is REALLY good as a carrot dip. Have you tried it?) And a baked potato on the side with 1/2 ounce cheese and chives.
