Wednesday Meals with 1406 Calories 140 g protein
Day 21 of my weight loss journal, for Bikini prep 2023
For those of you new here, I started trying to lean out for my next bikini show on June 3, 2023 in Las Vegas. I’m 21 days in and 2 lbs down. I stepped on stage last year around 103, so I’m hoping this year I have more muscle and can be a little heavier by the time I’m lean enough for the stage!
- Weight 111.2 (two days in a row… so hopefully it’s my new normal!)
- 1406 calories, 140 g protein, 99 g carbs, 46 g fat
𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐅𝐀𝐒𝐓: Tried a new idea for overnight oats. It was good, but I prefer the volume of cooked oats personally. I used 1/3 cup rolled oats and 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with strawberries. On the side I had 1/2 cup egg whites, 10 grams avocado, 1/2 ounce cheese and mushrooms.
𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐇: Back to salads! I got some lettuce yesterday, so I had 5 ounces chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, croutons, 10 grams of avocado and Bolthouse Italian Dressing.
𝐒𝐍𝐀𝐂𝐊: Protein ice cream!! Vanilla protein powder with 1 cup frozen mixed berries in a food processor. I only used 1/4 cup of water to get it smooth, but that’s it. Then, whipped cream and a couple fresh berries on top.
*Curious- does anyone own the Ninja creami to make protein ice cream? Is it worth it? Is it that different than a food processor?
𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑: YUM!! I think I say this every day. But, I love my dinners! I had Lettuce, ground turkey, black beans, cheese, avocado, and Bolthouse Ranch dressing!
