I can be your accountability buddy.
As your weight loss coach, accountability partner or buddy, I am here to help you keep your commitments to yourself. I can make sure you are accountable for your goals until you see success. No more throwing in the towel early. No more wishing you could get back on track more quickly.
Here’s what I offer as your accountability partner:
- Kick-off: The Initial meet-up is a face to face chat through Zoom. We will discuss the nutrition and exercise goals you are willing to commit to, and I will hold you accountable to execute.
- Weekly Check-in: You submit weekly weight, measurements and progress photos!
- Once monthly, 30 minute Zoom calls
- Email support. You can share your struggles and challenges with me. I will give feedback, support, motivation, and encouragement.
- Feedback and recommendations on ways to modify your plan for success.
YOU MUST commit to these things
- Downloading MyfitnessPal and giving me access to see your tracking. (I will be checking your meals every day)
- Commit to tracking all your food, even on days where you go over.
- You commit to sending me your workout plan for the week.
- You send me progress pictures, and measurements weekly.
- Show up for our 30 minute coaching call on Zoom, once a month.
I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CLIENTS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- Female over the age of 40
- NO HISTORY OF AN EATING DISORDER. please do not sign up if you have a history of eating disorders.
- Has access to Zoom for once a month calls.
