BBQ Chicken Salad
Ingredients
Salad
- 2 cups greens
- 1 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 oz corn
- 1 oz black beans rinsed
- 4 oz cooked chicken tender loins
- 1 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce I use sweet baby rays!
- 1/4 oz cotija cheese grated
- 1 tbsp tortilla chips
Dressing
- 1 tbsp ranch homemade low calorie buttermilk ranch OR bolthouse ranch
- 5-6 cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Combine the ranch with the cilantro leaves.
- Top cooked chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Assemble salad and enjoy!!
