As a Christian and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I’ve always tried to take care of my physical body. I know that it’s a gift from God, and taking care of our bodies is a way to honor Him.

Jesus Christ was the perfect example of self-mastery, hard work, and taking care of His physical being. In the scriptures we read, “Know ye not that ye are a temple of God. ” We take great care of our temples, and we should do the same for our bodies.
