Ingredients for Dubai Chocolate Overnight Oats
- Half and Half – I used this to make the pistachio cream but you can also use regular milk and it will turn out just fine!
- Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix – Sugar free pudding mixes are one of my favorite low calorie sweets hacks! If you like this, you should try my pistachio ice cream recipe!
- Kataifi -This is a new product to me. It’s simply shredded phyllo dough which you can get on Amazon here!
- Oats – Oats are a staple in my house if I am looking for a delicious, healthy, and filling breakfast!
- Water – I just use water in my oats to reduce extra calories and fat that would come with using milk!
- Sugar Free Milk Chocolate – I like the brand Lily’s! Any sugar free chocolate chips should work though!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tbsp sugar free pistachio pudding mix
- 1/4 cup kataifi
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar free milk chocolate
Instructions
- I first made the pistachio cream/pastry dough mix. for the cream, I used:🔸1/2 cup Half & Half (you can also use regular milk)🔸1 tablespoon sugar free pistachio pudding mix mix
- blend with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Then, mix in 🔸1/4 cup Kataifi (shredded Phyllo dough)
- Then, put in the fridge to thicken up like pudding. (20-30 minutes is long enough)
- Combine oats and water and cook for 1 minute in microwave and then place in a jar with a lid in the fridge. I also added a few Lilly’s chocolate chips (sugar free), while my oats were warm, just to make the oats a little chocolately.
- After the oats are in the jar, top with the pistachio cream/pudding mix.
- Melt 🔸1 tablespoon of lily’s sugar free milk chocolate, and spread over the top of the oats and pistachio mix.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
