Oatmeal for Breakfast Everyday is Boring??
When I tell people I eat oatmeal for breakfast almost every day they probably think I have a very boring diet which could be true except that I LOVE to try new topping combinations on my oatmeal! Here are some of my recent oatmeal creations!

Smores Protein Oatmeal Ingredients
- Oats – Did you know that oats are good for gut health? They are also a good food for weight management because they help you feel satisfied for longer.
- Egg Whites – I love adding protein to my breakfast because it just makes it more well balanced. Egg whites are a simple but yummy add in for any oatmeal recipe to make it high protein!
- Water – If you are like me you hate to waste calories which means there is no need to make normal oatmeal with anything other than water!
- Mini Marshmallows – I think mini marshmallows are so fun and they aren’t super high calorie either! If this recipe excites you you’ll love my smores rice cake!
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips – If you tried them you wouldn’t even know they’re sugar free! They taste just like normal chocolate chips!
- Graham Cracker – I just take half of one of the large rectangle graham crackers and break it up on top for some nice flavor!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup water

- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
